- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Appalling service. Have new product that failed on its second day of use. Tried to phone them on their automatic phone system. After about 5 minutes speaking to a robot it directed me to a number that was busy and dropped me. Im not prepared to waste more time going though an automated system, possibly paying a premium rate, to be dropped at the end of it all. Come on Currys, your supposed to be a modern company.
